Courses are tailor made and the timing is dependent on the needs of the university or college. As a rough guide, a taster workshop covering basic listening skills would take 2 hours and an introductory workshop covering all the areas mentioned would take half a day.  An in-depth course looking more at the application and giving more opportunity for questions, feedback and practice would take 3 days.
