This easy, relaxed style of listening supports you in a safe, confidential environment and enables you to explore your thoughts, develop your ideas and examine your feelings. Active listening is used to reflect back what you are saying in your own words, allowing you to hear your thoughts and make decisions based on your agenda. Free from advice, all appointments promote self-development and discovery of your own ideas and answers. 

Each session lasts up to 1 hour and a total of 6 sessions may be booked at any one time. The cost is £40 per session in the Glasgow area and £40 plus travelling expenses outwith Glasgow. A half-price concessionary rate is available for individuals who are disabled, unemployed, full-time students or pensioners. The service is confidential within the bounds of the law.
